The Independence Fund/LDW5 Military Health and Wellness Expo provides an opportunity for mobility assistance equipment companies and/or manufacturers to showcase their products, as well as, any other organizations that assists or provides services to veterans. If you would like to have an exhibit at the Expo, please complete this form. The entrance fee for participation is $500.00 (waived if you are a sponsor or non-profit).
